37th Annual ISU Jazz Fest to Feature Renowned Guest Artist Randy Gloss and Friends

The 37th Annual ISU Jazz Festival is set to take place on February 7 and 8, bringing together exceptional talent and a vibrant community celebration of jazz music.This year, the festival features guest artist Randy Gloss, whose incredible skills as a percussionist and educator will undoubtedly elevate the experience for attendees.

College of Business to Offer Free Tax Prep for Students and Community Members in Need

Continuing their longstanding tradition, Idaho State University College of Business students and faculty are offering students and community members in need the opportunity to get their taxes filed for free through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program (VITA). Student volunteers will begin filing every Thursday from 5 - 9 p.m. January 23 - March 30 in the Rendezvous Complex, Room 213.

Emergency Medicine Conference set for February 6-8

This annual conference provides valuable continuing education for health care professionals, with training and contact hours available. This year’s theme, “Triumph Through Trauma,” will feature a 360 degree dive into the inspiring story of Kennedy Littledike, who will be joined by the first responders, and medical team who saved her life after a devastating car crash that left her hanging from a powerline for an hour.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
