Pharmacy Alumna Shares Her Story of Returning to Leonard Hall for 80th Birthday

College of Pharmacy alumna Cam Hoan Nguyen, Class of 1987 wanted just one thing for her 80th birthday - to visit her alma mater in Pocatello, ID. From her early days as she escaped Vietnam with her three children, to reconnecting with her husband who later escaped, and to her reasons for wanting to spend her birthday at ISU, the following is her account of her time in Idaho and the visit with her family in October 2025.

Research and Creative Works Symposium Abstract Submission Now Open

Abstract submissions for the 2026 Research Symposium are open, with a deadline of February 25, 2026, at noon. This event is a great opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students of all disciplines to present their scholarly or creative works, in progress or completed in a conference-style event. Top presentations will win cash prizes in oral presentation, poster presentation, and creative works categories.
