Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Celebration Set Jan. 15

The annual ISU Martin Luther King, Jr. celebration on January 15 will include a march, presentations and a service project. The march will begin at 1 p.m. at the Pond Student Union and conclude at the ICCU Alumni Center. The meeting point for this year’s march will be the Pond Student Union Building parking lot. Join the Diversity Resource Center, Rendezvous 129, on Friday, Jan. 11, from 2 to 5 p.m. to make signs for the march.

 Idaho National Laboratory researchers and Idaho State University nuclear engineering students developed the world’s first nuclear reactor digital twin — a virtual replica of ISU’s AGN-201 reactor — in a campus collaboration last August.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
