Alumna Abby Garrity Selected to Play for USA Deaf Women's National Volleyball Team

Abby Garrity goes for a set while playing volleyball for ISU

Bengal alumna Abby Garrity, Class of 2018, has been selected to the USA Deaf Women's Volleyball Team. After beginning her volleyball career in 7th grade, she became a standout player at ISU and went on to thrive at the international level. She won two gold medals and a bronze in 2016 and 2017.

Grace Cain Named Career Path Intern of the Month

Grace Cain is a biology major who currently holds a CPI internship with the Advanced Human Anatomy and Physiology Lab at Idaho State University. Cain’s duties included organizing a weekly teaching plan for the lab. In addition to preparatory work, Cain also demonstrated her teaching skills.

Event Marketing on a Budget Workshop

A workshop for those seeking information on how best to promote planned events will be held on Tuesday, August 12 at 1 p.m. in the Middle Form Room in the Pond Student Union. Participants will learn to leverage ISU’s branding, multi-channel marketing, and community partnerships to maximize reach with limited resources.
