Idaho State PhD graduate undergoes unique RV living experiment for research dissertation

As millions of Americans take to the roads this summer, setting out to enjoy the outdoors and sunny weather for a week or two at a time, many more call life on the road their permanent home. The nomad lifestyle comes with freedom, but there are challenges as well, especially when it comes to health care. Idaho State University recent graduate Ruth Tretter, PhD, wrote a uniquely personal dissertation on the nomad lifestyle and how it can affect access to health care.

Presidential Search Update

Our Trustees, the Idaho State Board of Education, are finalizing plans for a comprehensive national search and intend to announce a new President by January 1, 2024. This means that we will not have an interim leader and ISU will welcome its new President by the start of the spring semester.
