Hear Her Story: College of Education Celebrates National Girls and Women in Sports Day

The College of Education’s Department of Human Performance and Sport Studies celebrated National Girls and Women in Sports Day in February by highlighting four women who have shaped girls’ and women’s sports in the Pocatello community. The celebration featured a new podcast, Hear Her Story, and recognition awards honoring their contributions.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
