College of Education awards the 2020 Kole-McGuffey Award to Dr. Rachel Hulse Dr. Rachel Hulse was recently named the 2020 Kole-McGuffey Award Recipient by the College of Education. Hulse is currently the Program Director and Assistant Professor in the Medical Laboratory Science Program at Idaho State University.
