College of Arts and Letters Announces 2024-2025 Cultural Events Committee Grant Recipients

The ISU Cultural Events Committee offers grants to support cultural events that celebrate human creativity, diversity, and engagement within the ISU community. These grants help fund speakers, artists, programs, and events, with an emphasis on student and community involvement. The College of Arts and Letters is pleased to announce the recipients of the grants for the 2024-2025 academic year.

ISU Continuing Education Supports Local and Regional Adult Learning Groups

ISU is proud to continue its support of local Road Scholar chapters dedicated to enriching the lives of those aged 50 and older. Partnerships with New Knowledge Adventures and Friends for Learning, help ISU deliver engaging, and affordable learning experiences, opening doors to knowledge, skills, and community.

Library to Close for Winter Break 2024-2025; Library Computer Lab for Two-Year Renovation

The Eli M. Oboler Library building will undergo an HVAC upgrade beginning in December of 2024, to continue for two years, and to affect all staff whose work areas are in the building. Work on the project will be done in phases designed to maximize safety and to minimize the impact on faculty, staff and students.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
