The U.S. Navy's Unexpected Tie to Idaho and the Clinical Psychopharmacology Program at ISU

Far from the ocean, Idaho has played an integral role in naval research, development, and now education. A surprising connection between Idaho and the U.S. Navy is reflected in a unique story of Navy officer psychologists enrolling in ISU's Masters of Science in Clinical Psychopharmacology program, creating a bridge between military mental health care and civilian education.

Strata Unveiled: Live Concert and Album Release by ISCS and the Pedro Giraudo Tango Quartet

On November 9, the Idaho State-Civic Symphony will present an exclusive concert featuring the Pedro Giraudo Tango Quartet, marking the release of their collaborative album, Strata. The quartet will be joined on stage by ISCS Conductor Nell Flanders, Concertmaster Hyeri Choi, and Principal Cellist Eleanor Christman, who each played an integral role in the album’s creation.
