Idaho State Students Deliver 86,000 Menstrual Pads Throughout the Community

ASISU marked Period Action Day by distributing a generous donation of 86,500 menstrual pads, equivalent to 173 boxes, within our local communities. Period Action Day is aimed to support the fight against period poverty, a cause that unites voices across the menstrual movement every second Saturday in October.

Pulitzer Prize Winning Author to Visit Idaho State University

Pulitzer Prize- winning author James Risen will be at Idaho State University's Pocatello campus Friday, Oct. 20 to discuss his new book, "The Last Honest Man." The free event and panel discussion will be held in Frazier Hall at Idaho State University Oct. 20 from 6-8 p.m. All are welcome. Other panelists include Kellee Kirkpatrick, Zac Gershberg and Colin Johnson.

To submit a campus update or story for Idaho State Today, fill out the online form by Friday at noon for Monday's edition, and Wednesday at noon for Thursday's edition. A separate newsletter called ROAR Weekly is sent to students on Wednesdays.
