Idaho State remains at yellow operational level Idaho State University remains at a Level Yellow at all campus locations. Updated metrics were reviewed by the COVID-19 Health Committee and Administrative Council on September 23, and it was determined that no change in the University’s operational levels was needed. For more information, please visit the Operational Guidelines website. Please note that communication will be sent to the campus community if Idaho State changes levels.
