ISU School of Nursing Sim Center Now Operational

Students at Idaho State University’s School of Nursing are now actively training in the new, state-of-the-art Simulation Center. Equipped with advanced technology, the center enables telehealth, recording, and real-time observation. Up to five scenarios can run at once, including experiences in a simulated apartment environment. Debriefing rooms feature large screens for review, real-time observation, and glass boards for collaborative care planning.

Presidential Pop-Ups Scheduled

President Wagner is continuing his Bold Path Forward initiative this academic year with a series of Presidential Pop-Ups. As part of this initiative, each operational unit will be invited to an informal social hour as an opportunity to connect with colleagues and get to know President Wagner in a more relaxed setting. The next Presidential Pop-Ups are:

  • ISU-Idaho Falls, September 29, 3 p.m. BSUB 120
  • Division of Finance, September 30 10 am. in the Little Wood Room
  • College of Science and Engineering October 1 at 3 p.m., Lillibridge Room 111

ISU United Way 2025 Campaign Begins with Kick-Off Breakfasts at each campus

The 65th Annual ISU United Way Campaign kicks off September 30 and runs through the end of October. Join the ISU United Way Campaign committee for a free kick-off breakfast at each campus. Pancakes and fresh Bengal waffles are on the menu while you learn how Idaho State University and United Way of Southeastern Idaho are teaming up for education in our region. Gift baskets will be raffled off and you can sign up for payroll deduction, with proceeds going to the United Way in each region.
