Missed the CalSavers 9/30 Deadline?  
Did you know California has made it mandatory for employers to offer a retirement plan or enroll in the Government program CALSAVERS?

All companies with 100 or more employees MUST offer a retirement plan as of September 30. In 2021 if you have 50 or more employees you MUST offer a retirement plan and in 2022 if you have 5 or more you MUST offer a retirement plan or pay fines and penalties.

California’s current unpaid family sick leave law is restricted to employers of 50 or more employees, the new law requires employers with just five or more employees to provide such leave.

In addition, the new law, which goes into effect on January 1, 2021, expands the grounds for leave.
