We receive occasional calls from advisors having trouble logging into the Horter Trusted Advisors website. Below are steps for a possible solution if you ever have issues logging in to the Horter Trusted Advisors website:
- Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox: clear cache & cookies
- Clear all Browsing Data / History (If you do have any logins and passwords saved they will be lost)
- Restart your computer
- Go to the Horter Trusted Advisors website.
- If you have issues or questions about the steps above, please contact your local IT department.
One other option would be to try a different browser. (Example: If you are using Internet Explorer, try Google Chrome or Firefox. If using Firefox, try Google Chrome, and so on.)
