Do you have TennCare?  Have you received a letter about renewing your TennCare?

TennCare is in the process of renewing all members.

You should have received a notice in the mail.  If you have moved in the last 3 years, you need to give TennCare your new address right away. Call Tennessee Health Connection at 1-855-259-0701 to update your TennCare information.
Automatic Renewal

Many TennCare members were renewed automatically using food stamp eligibility information from DHS.  If you were automatically renewed you would have received a notice earlier this year saying your TennCare would continue.

Renewal Letter

If you were not automatically renewed, you should have received a letter asking if your family size or income has changed.   This letter also included current income limits for the groups of people that TennCare covers.  If your income for your family size is below the limit shown, you can sign and return the letter, and KEEP your TennCare.  A separate letter needs to be completed for each person in your family that has TennCare.
Phase 3 Renewal

If your income or family size has changed, or you did not receive the first renewal letter, don't worry, TennCare will be sending out renewal packets requesting more information.  Be sure TennCare has your correct address!  If you have moved in the last 3 years, call Tennessee Health Connection at 1-855-259-0701 to update your information.

If you were not automatically renewed,  you will need to respond to one of the TennCare renewal letters, or you could lose your TennCare.
