"Young Women of Grace: Embrace Your Femininity"
Study Program, an opportunity for young girls to realize the gift of their authentic femininity and the beautiful reality of what it means to be God's daughter!
The Women of Grace® Study Program, "Young Women of Grace: Embrace Your Femininity," is a beautiful study for girls age 13 and older. It teaches them what it means to be a daughter of God, how to discern purpose and mission in the world, and to find true fulfillment.
The Young Women of Grace® Study Program is an adaptation of the Women of Grace® Study Program and presents vital Catholic teaching in a colorful, 289- page, magazine-style workbook that is packed with fun facts, testimonials,
and stories of the Saints and other Catholic role models.
-
Saints' Stories - Young Women of Grace will discover the stories of women saints who chose God above all, including, but not limited to, St. Teresa of Avila, St. Elizabeth of Portugal, St. Thérèse of Lisieux, St. Gianna Molla, and St. Josephine Bakhita.
-
Modern Day Role Models - Teens will be inspired by stories of modern women, such as pro-life superstar Lila Rose, former super-model turned chastity speaker Leah Darrow, gold medalist Tara Lipinski, YouTube sensation Lia Mills, and many others.
-
Catholic Teaching - Participants will delve deeply into the richness of Catholic teaching with quotes from the Bible, references from the Catechism, vocabulary definitions, and practical examples of how to integrate our Faith into daily life. Reflection questions at the end of each chapter help the girls retain and digest the teachings in each section.
-
Authentically Catholic - Most Reverend Charles J. Chaput, Archbishop of Philadelphia, has given the study the Imprimatur, and the Nihil Obstat was granted by Reverend Robert A. Pasarchick, officially declaring it to be free from doctrinal or moral error.
Testimonials
"[Young Women of Grace] actually helped the girls create relationships with each other, true friendships. It really brought them together and gelled them in a beautiful way. I just want to say thank you for this other grace that came through the program - which is how the girls found a deeper relationship not only with Our Lord and Our Lady, but also with each other. And that's a beautiful thing because they can encourage each other; they're there for each other. And they're really going to miss each other as they go to high school, but it was a beautiful time and a beautiful thing that happened here." Facilitator, Suze
"The book helped me to understand how Catholic women fit into society and the role they play in the world." Participant, Maria
"It showed me how the culture portrays women... but this book told me God gives us true beauty and grace..., a grace we can use for the greater glory of God." Participant, Maggie
"The book taught us to resist peer pressure. The only person we need to impress is God." Participant, Anna
"Young Women of Grace is much needed in today's society. The weekly classes have born fruit in our young woman, and this is evident in the respect that they have for each other and themselves." Michael, School Headmaster
"This class taught me how to pray better than I ever knew before. It was like a morale booster for me - hearing all the stories, being together with the girls, it was a nice break from all the craziness." Participant, Nanette
