Ignite Your Passion for Evangelism!

That’s the theme for this year’s Annual Missions Celebration, Thursday, October 17 th at the FBC of Stone Mountain. My prayer is that God will truly “ignite” your,

- Passion for Jesus!
- Church's desire to blanket your church community with Good News!

Why do we need for our souls to be “set on fire”?
- Over 200 people move to the
20 county Atlanta area
everyday.
-80% of our churches are in
decline.
- Baptisms reported by our
churches are down 28% in the
last 5 years.
- Attendance is down 6% in the
last 5 years.

This meeting will provide you with practical tools to reverse this decline. Participants will have the opportunity to hear two inspiring preachers and participate in two practical workshops.

As Hurricane Dorian makes it's way up the Eastern Coast of the US, our DR Feeding unit is prepared to respond if we are activated. We are monitoring the storm closely and our equipment has been checked. We stand ready to deploy with a first responder team. Our unit is solely supported by the churches of our Association for maintenance and purchase of equipment. Your gifts are used wisely and are always appreciated.

Charles Williams Inspirational Life
It is with great sadness that I inform you of the death of Charles Williams of Covington, GA. Charles was a member and Deacon at Zion Baptist Church in Covington. He served with Bold Mission Builders from its beginning in the early 1990s until just a few years ago when his declining health forced him to retire.
Charles was the lead HVAC man for Bold Mission Builders and trained a team of volunteers who, under his guidance and supervision, installed the HVAC systems in numerous churches throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Many, many people are attending worship and Bible study in comfortable church facilities today due to Charles' efforts. He saved these churches a great deal of money over the years by assisting them with savings on initial costs and by installing energy efficient systems that provide for ongoing savings on energy costs. Charles also served as a Trustee of our New Work Foundation.
I am certain that Charles heard our Lord speak as he entered into his eternal reward, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant: enter thou into the joy of thou Lord." Matthew 25:21
