ODP Newsletter 11/13/19
ODP Players and Parents,

Thank you for registering for the Olympic Development Program (ODP)! The first training session will begin this weekend. Below you will find details on what to bring to your first ODP session, schedules and important notes.
What to bring for your first ODP session
Please make sure to arrive 30 minutes before your training time. Players will be given a uniform set. They will also have a Player ID Photo taken at this time holding up their assigned shirt number. Players will be required to bring both jerseys to each training session.

Please bring the following:
• Soccer cleats, or turf shoes, or indoor shoes.
• Water – with name on it
• Ball – with name on it
• Shin-guards
• GK gloves – if applicable

Parent meeting will take place 30 minutes after the start of each session.

Event Invite Procedures
Everyone will be receiving a link to a survey in next weeks newsletter. This survey will be used to provide your child's availability for team tournaments. To view a list of tournaments that your age group will participate in this winter please follow the link below


As invites go out for this event it is important to keep in mind that this is NOT a State Team selection, but merely another step in the evaluation process that will lead to the final State Team selection.
International Trip
For those who are interested in the ODP international Trip please follow the link below for more information.

If you were not able to make the tryout this past weekend, the coaches will take a look at players at the next session they attend. Worldstrides will be hosting a webinar November 17 at 7:30pm for those who are interested in the trip. Use the link below to register for the webinar.

ODP Paralympic Development Information


We are in our second year of offering programming for those interested in participating with the Paralympic Development Program.

This year we will begin in January by offering two clinics. Dates are still being finalized.

In order to be eligible to play, athletes must be age 14-18 years old, ambulant and have one of the following neurological conditions:

  • Have had a stroke
  • Have Cerebral Palsy
  • Have had a Traumatic Brain Injury/Acquired Brain Injury
