The store front will be closing,
but we're still here for you!
Due to today's announcement from the Governor of Illinois to close all non-essential business in the state, we will be closing the Roberts Sewing Center store front on Saturday, March 21st at 5 PM.
This gives everyone one last day to pick up repairs, buy a new machine to play with and stock up on supplies/projects to keep you happily sewing while your home.
While the store front is closed, we'll continue to be here for you the best we can:
- During this closure, you may continue to shop online through our website. Your support here is appreciated. Once the store front opens back up, we will complete order processing and get product shipped out right away. At the time of this update, the "shelter at home" order runs through April 7th.
- With the store front closed we will not be receiving phone calls at the store, however the management team will be monitoring emails and can answer any questions that may arise. The management team can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thank you to those customers who have already reached out and let us know they feel we are essential. We truly appreciate it!
We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone.
We want you to know that we'll continue to be here for you and that the health and wellness of our employees, customers, and community is very important to us.
Events are fluid and we will continue to monitor and adjust as circumstances change. Thank you for your understanding and support. We hope you and your families stay safe and healthy during this uncertain time.
