Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia President Patrick Harker and Bank leadership were in Lancaster this week to learn more about the collaborative efforts of their community partners who are making an impact in the region and to speak with local small business owners about their ongoing barriers for sustainable growth and recovery.
Members of the 2021 Lancaster Reinventing Our Communities (ROC) Cohort Program discussed the importance of collaborative partnerships and their shared initiatives, including the development of the Lancaster County Small Business Strategic Plan and the launch of the ROC Loan and Giving Circle in the county.
