Immigration and Education Information

We are aware of recent immigration enforcement activity and community protests taking place in the surrounding area. During times like these, we want to assure you that our priority is to maintain a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for all students and families.

Immigration enforcement agents will not be allowed on any of our school campuses without a lawfully issued court order or prior written approval from the Superintendent. Valle Lindo School District does not collect or share information about the immigration status of our students or their families.

All children in the United States have the right to a free and appropriate public education, regardless of their immigration or citizenship status. This right must be upheld in a setting free from discrimination, harassment, and intimidation.

We are committed to protecting our school community and to fostering an environment where every student is valued, supported, and able to thrive. In moments of uncertainty, we stand together with compassion and a deep sense of purpose.
