The most exciting time of the Impact 100 cycle is here! We are less than two weeks away from the Annual Awards Celebration, when Impact 100 will award FOUR grants of $101,500 each!  These grants will enable four organizations to transform lives through breakthrough projects.  We are able to award these grants ONLY because we have generous, passionate members who are willing to share the gifts they have been given in order to make a difference in our community. You are The Power of Women IMPACTing our Community!
 
Each of our seven Finalists has proposed an amazing project that has the potential to make a lasting impact in our community.  Our Finalists and the programs/projects they have proposed are (in the order they established):
 
ST. FRANCIS SERAPH MINISTRIES with CENTER FOR RESPITE CARE- proposing the Dinner Club & Kitchenette project.

CINCINNATI THERAPEUTIC RIDING AND HORSEMANSHIP (CTRH) - proposing the Project Mustang project.

THE CENTER FOR GREAT NEIGHBORHOODS OF COVINGTON - proposing the Creative Commons project.
 
CHATFIELD COLLEGE - proposing the Central & Liberty Green Space project.

WOMEN'S CRISIS CENTER - proposing Green Dot Violence Prevention program.

NORTHERN KENTUCKY COMMUNITY ACTION COMMISSION (NKCAC)- proposing the Lincoln Grant Scholar House (LGSH) project.

GREATER CINCINNATI CONSTRUCTION FOUNDATION - proposing the Constructing a Pathway out of Poverty program.
 
All seven of our Finalists have been chosen after thorough review but your sister members are very strong candidates making our choice a very difficult one - selecting only four of these to fund. Yet I am sure that the four chosen will definitely have a positive impact on our community!
 
I hope you can join us for the 15th Annual Awards Celebration (AAC) on September 13th at the Cintas Center. Always the highlight of the Impact 100 year, you will hear the Finalists speak and can then cast your vote. This is a great time to meet and network with other Impact 100 members and guests, enjoy a delicious meal, and then see which organizations are awarded our Four 2016 Grant Awards.  You won't want to miss the excitement!
 
Please consider bringing a guest to the Annual Awards Celebration to share your passion for Impact 100. This event is a great opportunity for family, friends and colleagues who may be interested in joining Impact 100 to see and hear for themselves what a difference Impact 100 has made in our community. If we can increase our membership contribution to $500,000 - next year we would be able to award transformational grants to FIVE Finalists!  Through your help we can reach this goal!
 
If you are unable to attend the Annual Awards Celebration on September 15th, please vote via absentee ballot.  We value you input and want all of our members to vote!!

Seating is limited and tickets for future members are first come, first serve.

Tables of ten can be purchased. Additionally, seating will be assigned for all. Please let us know who you want to be seated with.

The Annual Awards Celebration is a wonderful opportunity to invite your friends and colleagues who may be interested in learning more about Impact 100 and potentially becoming new members. This event is the absolute best opportunity to see Impact 100 in action.

If you are not able to attend or your plans have changed since making 
your reservation and you are no longer able to join us, we still value 
your vote! To ensure that you are represented, we encourage you to 
vote absentee online.

Absentee voting will close Sunday, September 11, 2015, at midnight. 
If you do end up attending  and casting a vote at the AAC on September 13th, the vote recorded online will be invalidated and your vote on September 13th will be recorded. All votes are compiled and audited by an independent auditor.

Your Membership Counts......

.....and by renewing your membership or joining by our Annual Awards Celebration on September 13th, you will join those already committed as voting members for 2017. While the days are still long and warm, December 31st is around the corner!  We are encouraging members & those thinking of membership to help us build momentum early and reach 200 members by September 13th, and 500 members by December 31.  

Already we have 100 members who have started or completed their membership contribution for 2017, so reaching 200 at the Awards Celebration should be easy!  Over 60 of these are "Sustaining Members" which means they  have made an ongoing commitment to Impact 100 and are automatically recommitted each year.

Announcing the First Impact 100 Global Conference
We would like to invite ALL of our Impact 100 members to join us at the upcoming Impact 100 Global Conference   2016 in Delray Beach, Florida, October 23-25, 2016.
 
The conference theme is Women Working Together to Strengthen Communities. T he main focus, of course, is sharing best practices amongst all of the Impact 100 chapters. Meet and be inspired by other like minded philanthropic women who are collectively giving t o make a difference in their community.

Did you know there are 36  Impact Groups  worldwide? Since 2002 these chapters have collectively donated over $40 million back into their communities!  Now, that's something for which we can all be proud!
