Two Impact 100 members have been named to the Cincinnati Business Courier’s "Forty Under 40." Impact 100 President Sarah Grace Mohr and Member Kyla Woods were among the 40 recognized this year as “up-and-coming leaders” in Greater Cincinnati. Sarah Grace is the Chief Operating Officer at Mackey, a financial advisory firm for small businesses. Kyla is founder and CEO of Crowd or Camera Communications, a boutique brand messaging and communications consulting firm.
This year marks the 25th year of the Cincinnati Business Courier program. To celebrate the anniversary, this year’s honorees were asked, “What advice would you give your 25-year-old self?” Sarah Grace answered, “Now is the time to explore and not know. Love and trust yourself anyway.” Kyla’s answer was, “It gets greater later. Work hard, give yourself grace and focus on the long game—not just what you want your life to look like this year or next.”
