October Newsletter 2023

Dear members,

As we updated our site to host our new member portal, we inadvertently lost some links to our newsletter articles. Here is the October newsletter once again with functioning links.

Watch Your Inbox

Every fall, we take time to reflect on “the impact” of Impact 100

with our members through our Annual Membership Survey. When

you receive the survey this October, please make time to share your

opinions about our programming. Your opinions are incredibly

valuable; and inform the Board in our choices for the year ahead.

Look What We Can Do Together!

Did you ever stop to think about all the Heads, Hands, and Hearts that go into our grant process?

We’d like to thank the MANY generous volunteers who enabled the 2023 Grant Review process and the 2023 Annual Awards Celebration! A true collaboration!

The Board wishes to thank the 140 volunteers who were part of a Grant Review Team, the CIRC Team, Equity Champions; who served on teams to move the grant requests through their 2 phases, site visits, CIRC reviews, and Finalist stages preparing members for the exciting grant awardee selection process.

Additionally, the Board would like to thank the 50+ volunteers who gave their time to help with September 12th’s Annual Awards Celebration in capacities of Decorations, SetUp, Registration, Greeter, Table Captain, Nonprofit Hosts, Runner, and Cleanup. We are so blessed to have members who take an active role in volunteering for teams and opportunities.

Our heartfelt thanks!

Endowment and Legacy

Did you know that Impact 100 has an Endowment Fund? It does! And donating money to it is a great way to help Impact 100 fund all the great things we do. Because the funds are invested, only a portion is taken out each year to ensure the remaining principal grows. Donating to the Endowment Fund is like giving a perpetual gift!
