 BAPTIZED INTO CHRIST
Buried with Him

During the fall semester, Scott and his girlfriend, Jynae, received an Impact back-pack and signed up to be on ICCF's email list.  After an on-campus street preacher got Scott thinking about the existence of God. Scott and Jynae decided to attend Dinner and Devotion on Wednesday nights.  They met with Kerry for a private introductory study after attending a few times. Scott was full of questions and soaked up the gospel and biblical information like a sponge.  Early this semester, Scott approached Kerry after a DnD meeting and said he would like to be baptized.  He and Kerry went through a study on baptism, and Scott was soon baptized into Christ.

A couple weeks later, Scott let it be known that Jynae had been asking questions about being baptized, and he taught her the same study he had been through.  During our spring retreat at Lake Aurora Camp, Jynae said she wanted to be baptized into Christ.  She decided
s he would lik e S cott to baptize her after being given the option .

PRAY FOR ENCOUNTER WEEK

Prayer tent 2013

ICCF will join several other campus ministries in worship, fellowship, service and prayer April 11-14.  Pray for the power of the Lord to impact both believers and unbelievers alike.

IT'S BEEN AN ACTIVE SPRING!

This semester has been filled with meaningful activities and events.  We have witnessed the Lord at work in our Spring retreat, mission trip, Leadership workshop, discipleship, car wash, our weekly Dinner and Devotions, through answered prayers, and in two baptisms.  One of the most encouraging things for me personally has been seeing God use students and interns to lead in these areas.

The Lord is also at work through those who pray for us, financially support us and provide hands on ministry to students alongside us.

Blessings,
Kerry
