QUICK LIL’ FEEL-GOOD UPDATE

As of now, Illinois is on track and “highly likely” to enter phase 3 of the Restore Illinois Plan on May 29th. This means our salons will partially reopen for services once again (*cue the champagne bottle pop*). We understand many of you are eager to get on our books, but we have to pump the breaks for one more day or so. As much as we wish we could answer every incoming call right now, we want to assure you we are behind the scenes working tirelessly to rework staff schedules to accommodate our new normal. Due to distancing guidelines we will be at roughly half of our usual capacity for the first few weeks. In an effort to make adjustments that would be fair for all staff, we have learned this is easier said than done. However, we are getting very close to finalizing these details and hope to begin scheduling pronto. To give you an idea, here’s how this process will go:

1.) Guests who had an affected appointment or appointments beginning March 18th through our last date of closure will be given first priority on rebooking. Each individual will be contacted in an orderly fashion, so please know we will get to you either by phone call, text, or email. TIP: save our business phone number so you don’t miss our attempt to reach you.
C'zar Wheaton: (630) 580-9925
C'zar Bolingbrook: (630) 739-4949 *text compatible
C'zar Naperville: (630) 357-3444
*NEW* C'zar Male: (630)754-6594 *text compatible

2.) Once those guests have been contacted, we will open our books to new incoming appointments for existing guests and reopen our online scheduling portal. Existing guests will be notified via email, social media, web, and text updates if you’re a subscriber (see the top of this email for instructions to join). New guests will most likely be entered on a waiting list or asked to schedule in the months of July or August.

Stay tuned for our new protocol & procedures that will be in place. We are im patiently awaiting Illinois Dept. of Public Health salon guidelines to be confirmed before we relay this to you, understandably. Your future visit will feel a little different, look a little different, but the outcome (mostly) the same. Just know we’re thinking of you & doing our absolute best to invite you back into our salon homes - as safely as possible. We thank you for your ongoing patience during this time. Just like you, we have had many questions with no definite answers. Today we feel much more confident about the journey ahead. With that said, we'll be in touch soon.
