Dear Roycemore Community,
At Roycemore, we value each member of our community and the unique contribution each student makes to our collective excellence. Our extraordinary financial commitment to the tuition assistance program seeks to sustain access to Roycemore for diverse and qualified students.
We are excited to announce that Roycemore has chosen Clarity as our new financial aid system and the application is currently open for the 2025-2026 school year. Our goal is to make the Access and Affordability process as easy as possible for your family.
You will find that Clarity offers a streamlined and user-friendly application process that can take as few as 15 minutes to complete. It is mobile-friendly, so you can complete your application on your phone or tablet. Additionally, your 1040 and W2 documents from 2023 will be automatically transferred from the IRS when you complete the verification step, so you will no longer need to upload those documents manually.
Please note that all families who currently receive financial aid must reapply each year. Our Access and Affordability Committee will attempt to keep a family’s tuition at a similar level each school year as long as no major changes have occurred in the family’s financial situation during the previous year.

Please submit your Clarity application by January 15, 2025 for priority consideration. The re-enrollment process will begin in February 2025, so we recommend completing the Clarity application as soon as possible to ensure that you receive your financial aid award in a timely manner.
