2021 NJTL Enrollment Important Information

The 2021 NJTL Enrollment survey is scheduled to open on Thursday, January 7th, 2021, and close on Wednesday, January 27th, 2021 at 11:59 PM EST. We thank you in advance for the on-time submission of your organization’s enrollment. Timely submission will support uninterrupted access to resources, donor and/or program directed grants, as well as eligibility for other USTAF benefits and funding.

Steps to Take

USTAF suggests the individual responsible for the completion of the NJTL’s Enrollment follow these three steps for successful completion:

STEP 1: REVIEW QUESTIONS

Review a full PDF copy of the 2021 Enrollment survey, including a summary of changes. Prepare your answers in advance of starting the survey. Download file.

STEP 2: COMPLETE TEMPLATES

Download, complete, and save the three Excel templates listed below. The use of these excel templates has been implemented to collect information in lieu of embedded survey questions. The three templates are the following:

A list of organizational contacts to receive all Foundation communications. Download file.
As of 1/1/2021, a list of all adults such as but not limited to staff, contractors, and volunteers required to be USTA Safe Play Approved. Download file.
A list of all schools your organization provided programming in 2020, either in-person, virtually, or hybrid. Download file.

STEP 3: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT ENROLLMENT BY Wednesday, January 27, 2021 11:59 PM EST

The main contact for returning NJTL organizations will receive an individual enrollment link via email on Thursday, January 7th, 2021. Please note this email will come from "USTA Foundation" at u staf.evaulation@ustamailing.com, check your spam folder if you cannot locate it.

Webinar: 2021 NJTL Enrollment Walk-thru + Q/A Session

On Thursday, January 7th, 2021 at 1:00 PM EST, after the 2021 NJTL Enrollment cycle opens, we will be hosting a webinar to walk-thru the Enrollment questionnaire as well as answer any outstanding questions you may have.

We will also be hosting another webinar on January 21st, 2021 at 1:00 PM EST, for those who were unable to attend the first one or have additional questions before the closing of the 2021 NJTL Enrollment cycle.

The invite to the January 7th, 2021 webinar has already been sent. We strongly encourage the submission of questions in advance. If you need to add an additional individual to the webinar or wish to submit questions, please email njtl@usta.com.

The invite to the January 21st, 2021 webinar will be sent out after the completion of Thursday's webinar.
