As many of you know, I (Robert the owner) am a commercial fisherman. One of the fisheries I work in is scalloping. Last Friday, a young man from Maine by the name of Jaxson Marston died in a fishing accident while fishing out of Gloucester.
Jaxson and his expecting girlfriend have a 1 year old daughter together. He was down here working to take care and provide for his young family.
This Thursday, May 1st we will donate 50% of our total sales at Coveted Yarn to this young family.
