(Vail, Colo.) - As the Vail Recreation District completes the transition to our new registration system, we want to share an important reminder with our users. Beginning Wednesday, Sept. 30, 2026, the Vail Recreation District’s former Kaizen registration system, still located at www.register.vailrec.com, will no longer be available.

If you have receipts, payment history, registration records or other information in Kaizen that you may need for tax or personal recordkeeping purposes, please log in and save or download those records before Sept. 30, 2026.

To view your records, log in to your register.vailrec.com account and click the person icon in the upper-right corner of the screen (desktop), then select “My Account.” From there, select “Programs.” You can click into individual programs to view payments and download receipts.

For Memberships, click any item to expand the details, including the payment info.

On Sept. 30, the Kaizen system will expire and customers will no longer be able to access their accounts or view information stored in the system.

New VRD Registration System

Beginning Sept. 30, www.register.vailrec.com will direct users to VRD’s new registration system, FinnlyConnect, located at vail.finnlyconnect.com.

Please note that records from the former Kaizen system will not be accessible through FinnlyConnect, so we strongly encourage you to save any information you may need before the Sept. 30 deadline.

Thank you for your attention to this transition and for your patience as we move to our new registration system! For questions, please email info@vailrec.com.
