We're Back with More Exciting Updates!

Thank you for your continued trust as we work to make the transition from your PFCU Visa Credit Card to your new CCCU Visa Credit Card as smooth as possible. We’re thrilled to share some important details to help you get ready for the changes ahead.

IMPORTANT: New Visa Statements & Payment Details

You’ll soon receive your new Visa statements with a refreshed look and feel!

Along with the new design, there are several IMPORTANT changes to know:

Continue sending your payments to PFCU until April 16.
After April 16, please wait for your new CCCU Visa statement before sending your payment to the new address:

You will receive two statements in April:

A final PFCU Visa statement on or after April 10. This is NOT A BILL. It is for your records only to view your transaction history.
Your new CCCU Visa statement will arrive after April 16. This is the bill you need to pay. Please use the payment coupon from your new CCCU Visa statement (not the PFCU Visa statement coupon) when mailing your payment to ensure it is credited to your account correctly.

You can make your payment through the CCCU Credit Card App (see below for details) or mail it to the new address at Consolidated Community CU in California after April 16.

Cash Advances: Accessing Cash with Your New Credit Card

While you will no longer be able to take cash advances on your credit card through digital banking with your new card, you can still take cash advances at an ATM with a PIN. To request a PIN for your new card, please call PSCU, our credit card servicer, at 888.886.0083. Starting June 2, you’ll also be able to call or visit a CCCU branch for cash advances!

Tap-to-Pay Feature

While it won’t be available on your initial new card, we’re excited for you to enjoy it with a future reissue.

Important reminders:

Update your records to reflect this new payment address to ensure timely processing of your payments.
Update your automatic payment to your new card.

Your New Visa Credit Card - Key Dates

Card Mailing Date: A new Visa Clear Card will be mailed to you on 3/26/2025 and should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Use Your Current Card Until: Continue using your PFCU card until you receive your new card (if applicable), which will feature a temporary CCCU logo.

Card Activation/Deactivation: Activate your new Visa Clear Card by 4/6/2025. Your old card will be deactivated on 4/7/2025.

Balance Transfer: Your old balance will be transferred to the new card by 4/10/2025. If you have automatic transfers or payments linked to your PFCU card, remember to manually update them to your new Visa Clear Card.
