2022 1099-K Threshold

The IRS is delaying the $600 reporting threshold for third-party settlement organizations, which had been in effect for 2022. Third-party settlement organizations, such as eBay and Etsy, will not have to report tax year 2022 transactions on a Form 1099-K for the lower $600 threshold amount. The $20,000 and 200 transactions thresholds remain in place through December 31, 2023.
