iSolved Go Mobile App is being replaced!
You are receiving this email because your company's employees use the iSolved Go mobile application to view their paystubs, clock in and out, request time off, and make important updates to their information.

The iSolved Go mobile app will be replaced with the iSolved Adaptive Employee Experience (AEE) and will no longer be available to use as of June 30th, 2022.

iSolved AEE is a more advanced platform than the iSolved Go mobile app and works across platforms. It can be accessed from a PC or a mobile device with no need to download a separate application. The chart below highlights the additional capabilities of iSolved AEE vs. iSolved Go:
The iSolved AEE is a much more user friendly platform, and we are EXCITED to transition our clients and their employees to it.
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
The iSolved AEE application is available for your company NOW. You simply need to train your employees to use the iSolved AEE instead of iSolved Go! To see a list of your that employees use the iSolved Go mobile app, you can run a report in iSolved. Click here to see the instructions on how to run the report.

To further support you, below is a link to training videos and documents on the iSolved AEE. It is highly suggested that you familiarize your administrators with the iSolved AEE, so that you are best able to train your employees.
