Part D donut hole no longer exists, but a standard plan’s maximum deductible is $445 for 2021, and the threshold for entering the catastrophic coverage phase is $6,550.
Part D national base beneficiary premium will be $33.06 for 2021. This amount is used to estimate the Part D late enrollment penalty and the income-related monthly adjustment amounts listed in the table below.
