The conference will be held on the LVI Campus. This year there will be no shuttle service from the Red Rock and we recommend the following options below. Please allow plenty

of time to arrange your transportation. Parking will not be available on campus.

You will be able pre-register before the event starting on October 25, 2023. If you are planning to be on campus for the course prior we will have our registration counter open in the Rotunda building for early check in throughout the week.

For the conference we will be providing a continental style breakfast with coffee service daily. We will also have several Food Trucks out during lunches for you to have a variety of food choices. Meal tickets will be provided at registration for you to use each day. Once that day is over the tickets are void but you can turn extra tickets into the IAPA Booth to enter the raffle to win prizes daily! You will receive three morning drink tickets for Thursday, Friday and Saturday and will also be given a total of 6 drink tickets (2 per day) to use at the cocktail hours.

If you are planning to order from dental vendors, you might want to wait until you are onsite during the conference. We have numerous exhibitors who will be in attendance that will be able to help you with all of your ordering needs. For a full list of sponsors at the 2023 conference click below.
