IMPORTANT STATE FINALS REMINDERS

Let the Games begin!

We kicked off the Games with our tennis tournament earlier this month, and the excitement is already building.

We’ll be rolling through 17 sports beginning Wednesday, June 17, and continuing through Thursday, June 25.

We are looking forward to a fantastic stretch of competition and the chance for athletes to rekindle old friendships and build new connections along the way.

The Road to Tulsa also starts here as we will be qualifying athletes for the 2027 Nationals!

Please read on for important information.

EVENT INFORMATION -

Your SPORTS INFO Resource

Note: There have been a few minor adjustments to some schedules, please double-check your sports page.

To view information for your sport, such as athlete lists, start times, venue location, rules, and other information, please click this link and select your sport:

 http://www.tnseniorolympics.com/sports-information

Note- we are still working on brackets, schedules, and starting times for some sports with the goal of posting that information one week out from that competition.

So please check back if your sport page does not include those details.

Links to completed start times and schedules are posted at the top of each sports page.

Note: Pickleball and cycling participant lists will be available approximately one week prior to each respective event

ATHLETE PORTAL INFORMATION

The Athlete Portal gives athletes the ability to view your current registration.

This information was included in the event confirmation email you received immediately after registering.

At that time, you were asked to review your registration and reply right away with any corrections.

Please note that changes cannot be made at this point or onsite.

It is too late to add June events, however Pickleball (deadline, July 17) and Cycling (deadline, August 28) registrations continue.

Question: HOW DO I VIEW MY REGISTRATION?

Answer: Click the link below to access the Athlete Portal and view your event selections:

https://tennessee.fusesport.com/portal.asp

Follow these steps:

  • Log in using your email address (or account number) and password.
  • If you don’t remember your password, email info@tnseniorolympics and request a reset password link.
  • Use the left‑hand menu to view your events.
  • Please note: Changes cannot be made to events through this portal.

If you need to DELETE an event, please email: info@tnseniorolympics.com

Frequently asked questions regarding schedules:

Q. What if I am running late for my sport? Is there a grace period for forfeits?

A. Game time is forfeit time. We encourage all athletes to check-in 10 minutes prior to your start time.  Please allow extra time for traffic! If your sport includes a round robin or double elimination format, and you miss the first round, a loss will be recorded but you may join in.

Q. What if I need to withdraw from an event?

A. We hope everyone can attend the events they registered for, but we understand that situations come up.

With more than 200 schedules across all sports and age groups, we aren’t able to update brackets, heats, or draws based on individual withdrawal emails or calls.

For most sports, we will simply mark the scratch on-site and keep the event moving. Please don’t worry if you need to miss something.

**See note about doubles sports below.

Q. Where do I get my shirt and generally check in?

A. Franklin High School. Please scroll down to the Athlete Check-in Article for more information, including hours.

June Sports Exceptions: The sports listed below may report directly to their respective venue to check in.

  • Badminton - Franklin Recreation Complex (this event starts before Athlete Check-in opens)
  • Track and Field - Fairview High School
  • Golf - Henry Horton Golf Course

ATHLETE CHECK-IN FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q. Must I check-in at Franklin High School before my event starts?

A. No. However, you must check-in sometime before you leave town or your results will be voided. Please check the Athlete Check-In hours before driving over to make sure it is open.

Q. Do I have to go to FRANKLIN HIGH SCHOOL? Can someone bring my packet and T-shirt to my venue?

A. No. With over 1,100 athletes in 70 events and multiple venues, this is an impossibility for staff and volunteers to manage. Thank you for your understanding. See exceptions above.

Q. Can someone else check-in for me?

A. Unfortunately not. We need to check the ID of the

actual athlete to make sure it is the same person

PLEASE COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR

DOUBLES PARTNER IN ADVANCE

Please be sure to notify your doubles partner in advance if you are unable to attend.

Many athletes are driving long distances, taking time off work, and even paying for hotels to be here. It is extremely disappointing—and costly—to arrive and discover that a partner is not coming.

If you do not have your partner’s contact information, please let us know and we will help connect you.

Thank you for being considerate of your fellow athletes and helping us keep the competition running smoothly.

Please consider sharing this with friends, family, and on social media. Students can earn service hours, too.

Note: If shifts remain unfilled, your Sports Chair may ask athletes to help out when they’re not playing. Thank you for understanding and supporting the event.
