ANAC2021 Safety Protocols and Cancellation Policy
ANAC2021 will be held in person in Washington, D.C. There is not a virtual option and all sessions will be live. We are committed to convening safely and adhering to the latest CDC and local requirements and guidelines. As nurses, scientists and other healthcare workers who are guided by scientific evidence, we require all attendees to adhere to ANAC guidelines and to model behaviors that will allow for safe in-person gatherings. We look forward to seeing you in six weeks!

Safety Protocols
COVID-19 vaccinations are required. Masks must be worn throughout the hotel and conference venue and we encourage social distancing whenever possible. Please review our full list of safety guidelines.

Cancellation Policy
Registration cancellations received by the ANAC office on or before Nov. 9 will receive a full refund, less a $50 administrative fee. All cancellation requests must be made in writing prior to Nov. 9.
There are no current or projected COVID-19 restrictions for indoor gatherings for Washington, D.C. If there are new COVID-19 restrictions in Washington, D.C., or if your local region or employer prohibit travel or gatherings due to COVID-19 surges, a full refund (minus the $50 fee) will be issued after Nov. 13, 2021. Requirements for a refund may include written evidence of CDC, local health department or employer ban on travel and/or meetings.
