COVID-19 Business Continuity Plan
Good Afternoon,

At Clark Insurance we continue to focus with great concern on the Coronavirus situation, which the World Health Organization has declared a global pandemic. With the recent announcement that the first positive cases of COVID-19 have appeared in Maine, we wanted to reach out to you to share the ways Clark Insurance is prepared for any potential changes to our business operations at this time.

Preparation Measures
Rest assured, we remain fully operational, leveraging several preparation measures which include :
  • Operational Structures that maintain responsiveness should team members need to stay at home for extended periods of time.
  • IT systems that continue to provide reliable access to email, direct phones, cell phones, and industry software for employees at work or working from home.
  • Collaborative technology, laptop technology, and videoconferencing allows us to service customers from afar as well as those who prefer telecast meetings.
  • Preventing the spreading of COVID-19 by suspending all employee work travel, limiting in-person meetings, increasing cleanings in all facilities as well as frequent wipe downs of commonly used areas, enabling remote work for employees at risk, in quarantine, and because of childcare issues/school closings, encouraging respiratory best practices, and more.
Remaining Accessible
Like you, we continue to monitor this quickly-evolving situation. This is a challenging time, and we will work diligently to remain available and accessible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to your agent or any member of our Management Team for your questions or concerns.
