Dear Valued Provider,
Effective October 16, 2022, Liberty Mutual partnered with One Call to streamline all Physical Medicine ancillary claims for Liberty Mutual workers’ compensation patients. Under this partnership, One Call is Liberty Mutual’s single preferred network in all jurisdictions. One Call is comprised of a broad network of quality providers and an extensive network of services, including:
- Referral authorization

Payment distribution, and
- Invoicing
As a One Call in-network provider, an important part of your One Call Provider Agreement is submitting invoices for the following services provided to Liberty Mutual workers’ compensation patients:
- Physical Therapy
- Occupational Therapy
- Certified Hand Therapy
- Chiropractic*
- Acupuncture*
- Massage Therapy
- Speech Language Pathology
*California Chiropractic & Acupuncture Services are not included.
Important: All previous injured workers with open, active cases via a prior vendor/network as of October 16, 2022 may remain with them through completion of treatment through 2022. Any additional courses of treatment prescribed for cases after October 16, 2022, and claims with new orders as of October 16, 2022, should be managed by One Call.
To receive prompt payment please submit clean claim invoices with appropriate supporting documentation to One Call within the timeframe noted in your Provider Agreement via the following methods:
