Dear Valued Customers,

We appreciate your support during the work order transition for all Orange County Dealers. Due to compliance requirements, the scope of this project has expanded. Additional coverages and updated rate assignments are now required, so the deadline to transition all remaining producers has been extended to September 1, 2025.

As a reminder, we are requiring everyone to transition to this for two purposes:

  • Lending: The all-in-one digital contracts will facilitate smoother transaction in lending transactions by ensuring that all relevant program components are included. Previously, we have encountered some transactions being rejected by lenders because they were often only given the work order and did not understand what they were funding (a.k.a. missing the NCR benefit).

  • Compliance: Providing our retail customers with a complete contract also ensures we comply with federal consumer protection laws and state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.

The updated forms have been filed and approved nationwide to ensure a smooth transition. In addition, we have provided Reynolds and Reynolds and CDK with these updated forms to replace the current work orders.

Effective September 1, 2025, all current work orders will be expired, and you will no longer have access. Your dealership is responsible for requesting the appropriate form, as indicated below, from your designated DMS.

In addition, this enhancement includes a separate declination of coverage form. To request a supply of the declination of coverage form, please contact Chris Evans at 949.283.3458, or via email at chris.evans@acrisurepg.com

You can find a sample of the new all-in-one contracts in the product library on the Acrisure PG Agent Resource Site. If you have any questions regarding this transition, please reach out to APG@Centuryservicecorp.com.

We appreciate your cooperation and support during this transition. Thank you for your continued business.

Sincerely,

Century Automotive
