2 step process


Create Account

  • Click the BLUE "Create Account" button provided in the email invite you received from Metz
  • Enter your account information including your full name, email, and password of your choosing
  • Click Sign In and re-enter your email and password to confirm this information



Setup Authentication

  • To authenticate, please chose either your email OR phone number to receive your unique six-digit code
  • Please enter the six-digit code you received in the digit field
  • Select the box that reads, Remember this device for 30 days to avoid having to re-authenticate
  • Click next to get started in Canopy

 Making a Payment on Canopy

  • Log in to your Client Portal
  • Click the Billing section on the left side of the screen
  • Select a single invoice OR select multiple invoices by clicking the in-line checkboxes
  • IF you wish to make a partial payment, enter a new number into the invoices provided amount box
  • Confirm the total payment and click Continue
  • Select an existing OR add a new payment method for your payment
  • Click Continue, verify your payment information, and click Confirm


Completing a Client Request on Canopy

  • Log in to your Client Portal
  • Click on the To-Do list on the left side of the screen
  • Select Client Request from your To-do list
  • Review any notes OR instructions provided by your practitioner
  • Respond to your practitioner in the Add a comment field
  • Click the Paperclip icon to upload any necessary files
  • Click Send to post your response to your practitioner
  • After completing your client request, please check the Mark as complete box
