Log in to your Client Portal

Click the Billing section on the left side of the screen

Select a single invoice OR select multiple invoices by clicking the in-line checkboxes

IF you wish to make a partial payment, enter a new number into the invoices provided amount box

Confirm the total payment and click Continue

Select an existing OR add a new payment method for your payment

Click Continue, verify your payment information, and click Confirm
Completing a Client Request on Canopy

Log in to your Client Portal
-
Click on the To-Do list on the left side of the screen

Select Client Request from your To-do list
-
Review any notes OR instructions provided by your practitioner

Respond to your practitioner in the Add a comment field

Click the Paperclip icon to upload any necessary files
-
Click Send to post your response to your practitioner

After completing your client request, please check the Mark as complete box
