You will shortly be receiving an email from Guestlink announcing the sad news that on 31^st March 2023 they will closing their doors - but don't panic!

As members, you will be aware that Guestlink is the system MWT use to currently power our www.visitmidwales.co.uk & www.showmewales.co.uk websites - and many members use Guestlink to update their bookings and www.visitwales.com listings.

Over the next couple of months the team @ MWT will be busy beavering away to get the brand new VisitMidWales.co.uk & Showmewales.co.uk websites live😊So please look out for progress updates.

We will be migrating your information directly from Guestlink onto the new platform, but we do need your help!

The new system will be using the image size marked 'Visit Wales large images’ found in Guestlink, so members need to ensure that these images are updated and added before 31st May 2022 in order for your business to publish seamlessly.

or feel free to send us up to 20 landscape images (minimum 1920px x1440px) across to us at members@mwtcymru.co.uk via www.wetransfer.com and we're happy to do this for you.

Please include your membership number/Guestlink ID along with the name of your business. Please also ensure you have copyright for any images you send.

Yes! but instead of updating Guestlink with your pricing and availability, you will be able to link this directly with your booking engine (FOC)

We will of course continue to include all your links directly your websites, telephone numbers, email address and social media channels, but if anyone uses any other booking systems that you would like us to enquire about the possibility of linking with, please let Zoe know as soon as you can zoe@mwtcymru.co.uk

In particular, if any campsite members can recommend any camping/touring booking systems that would be a great help.

Once again, don’t worry! You can continue to use your Guestlink+Web booking until 31^st March 2023, so you have plenty of time to research other booking engines and decide on the best fit for your business, and of course we’re here to help.

We will be contacting all the most popular booking engines used by members and we hope to have a series of dedicated online members' sessions where businesses can speak directly to companies to find out what option suits your business needs.

No problem. To update your VisitWales.com web entry you will be able to continue to use your membership number/Guestlink ID to log into www.productlisting.wales where you have complete access to update your visitwales.com website listing online.
