Hello to all current & past members of the Central Ohio APA
I ask everyone to take the time to read this email in full.
Before I go into what the announcement is, I would like to assure everyone that at this time, this announcement has no impact in any way with the Central Ohio APA and everything will be going along just like normal.
This announcement presents an opportunity for people and is a courtesy to inform the members.
I also ask that people don't overburden your division rep(s) with questions as they know the same information you do from reading this. Thank you.

A change is on the horizon. I have to downsize the Central Ohio APA league area. This means I am making certain counties available for purchase to give other individuals the opportunity to become an APA League Operator. This is available as of today.
Eventually, any available counties purchased would be transferred to the new League Operator(s) and I would keep everyone updated if and when this would happen.
The question I have right now is... will this be you??

What I ask everyone to understand is that I will have general discussions with individuals who are interested and the discussions can become more in depth if an interested person begins to take certain steps with the national office and myself.
I point this out in a request from myself that people don't call to "just get information about the sales" if they don't have an actual interest in becoming a League Operator.
I know this email will prompt conversations between myself and players about this but once again I want to reassure everyone that everything will still continue like normal.
I also know this may prompt a bit of discussion among players but I do ask that people refer back to this email for the main discussion points and realize that everyone is finding out at the same time and this is all of the information that is available at this time.

DOWNSIZING THE
LEAGUE AREA
When it comes to the counties that are available for purchase, I would like everyone to know and understand that I and the national office have every intention of ensuring that any new APA League Operator for those counties will be a good fit.
With the Central Ohio APA having been our family run business since 1995, I don't take this decision lightly and I will make sure that an appropriate person will have the opportunity to become an APA League Operator in the counties sold.
Lastly, my decisions on the counties that are available are a combination of things and do not have anything personal against any of the counties.

Athens Union
Hocking Delaware
Pickaway Marion
Licking Morrow
Muskingum Fairfield
Anyone who is interested in becoming a League Operator in any of these counties can reach out to me as mentioned above by calling the office at (614) 833-1009 or by sending me an email at Candy@apaleagues.com.
The counties listed would be multiple sales and become multiple APA league areas. More discussions about that will be had with people who are interested.
I know this can be quite a surprise but a lot of time and thought has gone into this coming change and making the above counties available for someone else to become an APA League Operator and have the opportunity we have had for all of these years.
