IHDA has updated its
2022 9% LIHTC application round timelines. IHDA will send PPA notifications to sponsors for the 2022 9% application round on December 21, 2021. Other important dates for the 2022 9% LIHTC funding round can be found on the
website. IHDA will continue to accept 4% LIHTC PPAs and applications on a rolling basis in 2022. 4% LIHTC transaction timelines can also be found on IHDA’s
website.
FFB Risk-Sharing is back! In September the White House announced the relaunch of the Federal Financing Bank (FFB) Risk-Sharing Initiative. The program is a powerful financing tool for HFAs, providing permanent, low-cost first mortgage debt to affordable housing projects. As with the first round of the initiative, IHDA will be an active FFB Risk-Sharing lender. Please reach out to
