Dear Artbarn Friends and Families,
We are writing with some difficult news that affects our upcoming season and our planned fall registration. We recently received word from the Maliotis Cultural Center that we will no longer be able to operate our programs at Maliotis. We have a lease through August, which secures our operations for Summer At The Barn, but following the end of that program we will be leaving our main-stage home of the past decade.
While this news is upsetting, please know that our Board of Directors and team is hard at work exploring new venues and partnerships for our rehearsals and performances. We are also fortunate to have strong relationships with our two other rehearsal venues - Temple Sinai and Church of Our Saviour - who are eager to offer us additional space next season. 
Despite the fact that we will not be able to register our program on June 16 as planned, we are confident that within a few weeks we will have a new performance space secured and will be able to open registration for the fall. We know this may be frustrating to our families who are eager to confirm their young actor's spot on our stage and appreciate your patience as we move forward.
Although we have loved the last 10 years of Artbarn's journey - with thousands of Artbarn actors performing in over 100 Artbarn productions on the Maliotis stage - we know that Artbarn is not a place, and it is much, much bigger than Maliotis. To all of you that make up the true Artbarn - our friends, our families, our community - thank you for your support as we navigate the changes ahead.
