The faculty and staff of Akiba Yavneh Academy look forward to the enthusiastic return of students to the Schultz Rosenberg Campus. Please review this important Back to School information in its entirety:
School Calendar

Carpool Procedures

Please note: Merit Drive Main Entrance is locked from 7:40-8:30 am and 3-4 pm M-Thu, 2-3 pm Friday.

High School

Drop Off & Pick Up: Enter through High School gate on Merit Drive.
 
Lower and Middle School 

Drop Off: Enter Coit Road Carpool Line at 7:40-8 am. After 8 am, LS/MS Building will require students to check in at the Welcome Center.

Lower School Pick Up: 3:25 pm M-Th, 2:25 pm Friday  

Middle School Pick Up: 3:45 pm M-Th, 2:25 pm Friday

Please note: Families whose youngest student is 4th grade and older, or a student without siblings at AYA, these students will be picked up at Pollman Hall via Coit Road Service Entrance. Families with students from 3rd grade and below enter at the Coit Road Carpool Entrance. Gates open 3-4 pm M-Th, 2-3 pm Friday.

Early Childhood Program

Drop Off: 8-8:30 am at Schultz Circle. Enter at Coit Road Carpool Entrance.
 
Pick Up: 12:30 & 2 pm at ECP Pick Up Point (Hanna‚Äôs Room). Enter from Merit Drive

3:30 pm carpool pickup at Schultz Circle. Enter from Coit Road Carpool Entrance.

All After Care pick up at Schultz Circle. Enter from Merit Drive.

Dress Code

Students are required to follow AYA dress code policy when on campus:
 Supply List

Supplies for the Lower and Middle School are provided for the students. Students are required to bring a backpack and a water bottle daily.

Hot Lunch

We are happy to offer a delicious and nutritious hot lunch program catered by A Taste of the World. Place orders monthly, weekly, or by day. Same-day orders must be placed before 8:30 am. 
 Blue Notes/Absences 

Blue Notes are required to notify AYA when students will be late, absent, picked up early, or if there is a carpool change. Blue Notes can be found under the QuickLinks tab on the upper right hand corner of AkibaYavneh.org.
