Mid-Year Dues Billing

Dues bills are now live in the member portal. Those agents that did not pay the full year dues will receive an email reminder to pay mid-year dues by July 1.

MLS Conversion UPDATE

The MLS Committee completed its review of the data entry screens in the new MLS service Rappatoni.

In preparation for the conversion in August please be prepared to download prospect information and listing documents.

NYS Online License Renewal

There has been some confusion with license renewals with the question about CE.

The question that is often answered wrong is: Have you completed the required CE credit or are you exempt?

If you have properly completed your CE requirements or are exempt from completing CE, you should answer “YES” to this question.
A common mistake for those that are exempt is to answer “NO” and therefore an audit is immediately triggered.

When this happens, a licensee will have a hard time proving continuous licensure, and will lose his or her exemption from the required CE.

It is on the licensee to prove continuous licensure – the DOS does not maintain these records.
