As you know, the Ithaca Board of REALTORS will be changing services from Instanet to Dotloop to provide transaction management services.

PLEASE NOTE: Transactions will not convert to from Instanet to Dotloop. You must upload your transactions to Dotloop.

Dotloop software will be available in August after the training on August 6, 2019 . You can then transfer your documents from Instanet to Dotloop.

Dotloop is an online workspace that connects everyone and everything needed to complete a real estate transaction in one place. Dotloop allows you to edit, complete, sign and share documents without ever needing to print, fax or email.

We are also happy to announce that the Ithaca Board of REALTORS is converting to Rappatoni MLS on
August 20, 2019

Rapattoni MLS provides: a Mobile App for iOS and Android; interactive map search, customizable searches, custom displays and reports; scheduled prospecting, and interactive client portals, and a client activity portal
IMPORTANT MLS CONVERSION PROCESS

To prepare for the conversion you will want to download documents and capture criteria for saved searches. You will have access to InnoVia in read only format beginning on August 20th to September 2nd.
  1. Prospects/Contacts will convert to Rappatoni, but the criteria for saved searches that are sent to your prospect will not convert. Please be prepared to set up prospect searches in Rappatoni. You will have access to InnoVia in read only format beginning on August 20th and ending on September 2nd.
  2. Documents from Instanet/Authentisign WILL NOT CONVERT. You will have to download your documents. The Board will do its best to upload disclosure documents for active listings just before the final conversion so that those documents will not have to be uploaded.
TRAINING SCHEDULE

Training begin on August 20, 2019 and end on August 22, 2019 . There will be two different training times each day.

3 p.m. - 6 p.m.
August 21 and 22
9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

The Board's fundraiser this year will support the Food Bank of the Southern Tier's backpack program and children's summer foods program. If you wish to donate you may do so here .

There will be a chicken BBQ at the Board Office on August 24, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. - until gone. Dinners will cost $15.00 and all proceeds support the Food Bank's children's programs.
