We are thrilled to share we have had tremendous response to Boots Bulls & BBQ with nearly 500 teachers & staff, current, future and former parents, administrators and board members attending!

If you are attending...we will want to share important information with you over the next two weeks and will do so via Schoology and Facebook. 

Please immediately join the Boots Bulls & BBQ Schoology group using access code WP5MX-JWVXH. (Log in to Schoology; click "Groups" at the top of page; click "My Groups" at the right top of page; click "Join Group;" enter the access code. It is easiest to do this from a computer using the web version of Schoology, not the app version on a mobile device). Some of you who attended the event in 2019 are still joined to this group.

Some of our attendees are former or future parents so we will also use Facebook. If you use Facebook, go to LNCharter School or click here and push GOING and you should receive our updates in your feed.

VOLUNTEERS

If you are NOT attending... you can still participate! We are looking for volunteers. Please sign up here if you can help and include your exact availability in the COMMENT field. We are especially in need of people to help us clean up between 10:00 – 11:00 PM!

SPONSORS

Whether you are attending or not, we are still seeking event sponsors. Event sponsors help us offset expenses, keeping our ticket prices in check. Do you or your employer or someone in your family offer a product or service (real estate, insurance, financial, etc.) aimed at families? Would you like to promote this product or service to 500 Lake Norman area consumers? If so, click here or email slay@lncharter.org. If you own a small business, this is a wonderful way to support the school! 

AUCTION ITEMS

We need interesting and appealing items for our silent and live auctions. These auctions are always a big hit! Gift cards to restaurants, retailers, spas and services as well as interesting or exotic items are always popular at our silent auction. Experiences, vacation homes, tickets for sporting events or performances and larger ticket items are great for the live auction. Please click here or email slay@lncharter.org if you can help!
