For those of you on the default 4-payment plan, we wanted to let you know that the 2nd installment billing has posted to your account and is due on or before July 31st, 2021. In accordance with our Room & Board Agreement, payment is due in four installments, on or before: May 31, July 31, October 31, and December 31, 2021.

To make payments, or review your account and payment history, please log into your Housing Portal. If you are unable to locate your login credentials, use your email address as the username and click 'Forgot Password'. Payments can be made via e-check or credit card. For residents paying by check, please make the checks payable to Bromely Hall and mail to the following address: Bromley Hall, Attn: Accounting Office, 910 S Third St., Champaign, IL 61820.

Room Assignment Emails will be emailed to your University Email Address on or before July 22. Not sure how to get your @illinois.edu address? Just claim your NetId online and follow the steps to set up your University Email Account.

Move-In 2021:
AUGUST 19, 2021

MOVE-IN: 17th - 19th, 2021
The 2021/22 Fall Move-In at Bromley Hall will be a multi-day assigned move-in process however the official move-in days will be August 17th -19th. All residents will be assigned a move-in time so that we can maximize traffic flow in the building. Assigned times will be included with your Room Assignment Email sent on or before July 22. Residents who are unable to move in at their assigned move-in time can complete an Alternate Move-In Request Form, which will be provided in the July Email.
EARLY ARRIVAL
Early Arrival will be available starting August 15th, for a daily fee, this information will be included in the July 22 email.

To ensure we can maintain our strict cleaning and disinfection protocols as we prepare for fall, we will not be opening our building for tours. We know though that many of you are eager to see the rooms, get ideas for decorating, get measurements, etc... so we are going to do our best to give you the next best thing. Check it out below! |

Check out a complete list of all of the measurements in our rooms. For residents wanting to loft their beds, lofts can be rented from www.bedloft.com by July 30th , or residents can make their own following these safety requirements.

When will I find out my room assignment?
Room assignment and roommate information will be sent out to your University Email account by July 22, 2021. In this mailing, residents will also receive their Assigned Move-In Day/Time and Move-In Tips & Directions.

When will I find out my assigned Move-In Day/Time?
Move-In assignments will be included with your Room Assignment Email, on or before July 22, 2021. Residents will receive complete details on our Move-In process at that time. In the meantime, check out our 2021 PRE-MOVE IN GUIDE for tips to help you prepare for move-in. Additionally, make sure to check our website for important information, dates, and reminders! We will be updating it with more details as Move-In 2021 approaches. |

What are the room dimensions & mattress sizes?
All rooms have standard twin mattresses. Complete details on furnishings, room dimensions and measurements are detailed in this flyer.
Can I loft my bed?
YES. Bromley Hall works with an outside company, Bedloft.com, for loft rentals. Bedloft.com installs the lofts in resident rooms prior to move-in for residents that sign up for a loft on or before July 30th. If you would like to loft your own bed, please make sure to review the City of Champaign loft safety requirements.
Is parking available at Bromley?
Should I bring a bike to Bromley?
Given our close proximity to campus and a bus stop right outside our front door, most students choose to walk or take the bus to get around. If you do choose to bring a bike, check out our 2021 Pre-Move In Guide for more planning information.
Can I change my meal plan?
YES. All Meal Plans can be changed up until the first day of classes by emailing info@bromleyhall.com.
